Papa Bear had some time off this past week, so we packed the kids in the car and headed east. Rhode Island, that is, to spend some time with our good friends from San Francisco. Let's call them the Warwick family! Brother Bear has been asking for them since we left SF, and he was so excited when we got to their house! It was after midnight when we were driving into their town and as I hadn't yet told him why we had been in the car all day, I chose now to say something. For the next 10 minutes until we arrived at their house he kept saying, "Maa? Duh?" He was beside himself as soon as he saw their faces!
We spent 3 funfilled days being tourists, hanging out on the beach and just playing and catching
up at the house. The trip ended up being quite a bit longer than we expected, and the kids were great!Baby Bear stayed in her carseat and hardly complained. She slept, played, ate and even drank some formula!!! Brother had a fun time playing with his toys and was rewarded with happy meals from "Nonald". We crossed 2
countries and 7 states to play with our friends and it was worth every mile!

Mama Bear, I'm seriously diggin the On-Star Visor. I was fashionably sporting mine the other day also. Who knew we had such great fashion sense and predictability...oh, wait maybe we're just predictable.
